Thanks & Gratitude: Father’s Day, Kind Kids, & More

I’m thankful that my husband is an awesome father.

Gratitude

I’m thankful that I have kind kids. My son had been planning a special Father’s Day for a few months. His plans included wearing matching father and son shirts, making a special lunch for his papa, and playing lots of games (which turned out to be lots of Mario video games) with his papa. We had a great Father’s Day.

I’m thankful that my garden is growing.

I’m thankful that I’m participating in the Creatives Box Swap. I had a lot of fun picking out items for my partner. I hope that she enjoys them.

I’m thankful for the items that I received from my partner for the Creatives Box Swap. I can’t wait to share them with you next week.20160623_155434.jpg

I’m thankful that I got my coupon organizer and notebook back after leaving them in aΒ cart at Kroger. I had two $5 off $50 coupons for Kroger in my coupon organizer that I really didn’t want to lose. Plus, I had just started using my notebook and I didn’t want to have to buy a new one. I write my grocery list and menu in my notebook. Using a notebook it makes it easy to compare lists and menus from past weeks.

What are you thankful for this week?

My son loves to plan out holiday meals. He already has a menu planned for my birthday that is in September. I just wished that he would try some of the foods that he wants to prepare. But I’m thankful that he has an interest in cooking. Even if he isn’t ready to try it yet πŸ™‚
